I refer to your statement to this House on Tuesday 19th May 2009 titled ‘Training WA: Planning for the Future 2009 -2018,’ in relation to the Commonwealth Government’s $132 million and the State Government’s $63 million to the productivity places program where 70 percent of this funding, some $136.5 million is allocated for existing workers, and I ask -
(1) How have the 70 percent of existing workers been identified?
(2) Who identified the 70 percent of these workers?
(3) In what way is this $136.5 million being spent on existing workers?
