(1) As an ongoing process, WorkSafe evaluates its travel expenditure to achieve an efficient use of its allocated budget. Consistent with this approach, WorkSafe is closely reviewing its travel expenditure to help achieve its commitment to the 3% dividend.
(2) As at 17 March 2009, there were 95 WorkSafe inspectors employed at WorkSafe Western Australia.
(3) As at 1 September 2008, WorkSafe Western Australia employed 93 inspectors.
(4) As at 2 February 2009, WorkSafe Western Australia employed 96 inspectors.
(5) As at 11 March 2009, there were eight Occupational Safety and Health inspector positions vacant at WorkSafe Western Australia.
(6) WorkSafe recruits on a regular basis to fill vacant positions.
