I refer to the revelation that the Attorney General’s union, the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union, has developed dirt files on voluntary board members of a company as part of a wages campaign. (1) What action has the Attorney General taken to determine what was meant by “a note in this dirt file” that someone would be seeing what information they could get from the Attorney General and the Department of the Attorney General? (2) What information has been provided to the union from the Department of the Attorney General to assist in the development of the dirt file and other union dirty tricks campaigns?
