(1) Will the Leader of the House request the Minister for Health to stop treating this house with contempt and ask the minister - The PRESIDENT : Order! That question is very argumentative. Please rephrase it. Hon HELEN MORTON : Yes, Mr President. (1) Will the Leader of the House please request that the Minister for Health answer the question that I have asked three times over nine days? (2) Will the Leader of the House also ask the minister why he would refer me to the response provided to parliamentary question on notice 3418 when no such response has been provided? (3) Will the Leader of the House advise me whether this amounts to a misleading of the Parliament? (1)-(4) With regard to the first part of the question, I already have spoken with the Minister for Health about the question that the member asked. I cannot possibly address the second part of the question, because while I did hear the tenor of the answer, which referred the member to another answer, I can only imagine that the minister gave the member that answer because he thought that would answer the question. However, I am happy to raise that with the minister. If someone has misunderstood what the question was about, I am sure the minister would be the first to want to correct that.
