I refer to my question without notice No. 700 asked on 28 August 2018, and I ask: (a) will the Minister please provide a copy of the results for all site inspections and gamma survey's of the Greenpatch Dalyellup development during 2018 by the Radiological Council and the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation; and (b) if no to (a), why not?

I am advised:
(a) No.
(b) Monitoring results observed at the time did not indicate levels elevated above background for the surrounding area and were therefore not of concern. A formal report by the Radiological Council was therefore not required.
