(1) No. The Kwinana motorplex will be managed by the WA Sports Centre Trust on behalf of the Government along similar lines as the trust currently manages Challenge Stadium, Arena Joondalup and the SpeedDome. (2) The WA Sports Centre Trust is currently negotiating a non-exclusive licence with the current operators of Claremont Speedway and Ravenswood Raceway to conduct speedway, drag racing and associated motorsport activities at the motorplex.
