HERITAGE COUNCIL
(1) The Heritage Council has leased 108 Adelaide Terrace, a State Registered Place, since 1996. The lease with the Department of Housing and Works expired on 30 June 2008 and lease negotiations are continuing as the lease allows for an extension to 30 June 2013.
(2-3) The Department of Works (formally the Department of Housing and Works) "Office Accommodation Policies" would be used if a change in location were proposed.
(4) Total area under lease is 659.15 square metres for 30 FTE = 21.97 square metres per FTE.
(5) The Department of Works (formally the Department of Housing andWorks) "Office Accommodation Policies" would be used if a change in location were proposed.
(6) Estimated total cost of $540,000 for accommodation over the next four years. Per capita cost is $540,000 divided by 30 FTE = $18,000; or $4,500 per FTE per year.
NATIONAL TRUST OF AUSTRALIA (WA)
(1-6) Not applicable.
