(1) Works to be completed in the 2009-2010 financial year are as follows:
· Counter Terrorism Training and North West Deployment Facilities;
· South Hedland Police Station;
· Jerramungup Police Station;
· Burringurrah Remote Multi-Functional Policing Facility;
· Derby Police Station;
· Looma Remote Multi-Functional Policing Facility; and
· Pilbara District Police Complex.
The allocation of funding for the commencement of works in the 2009-2010 financial year is dependant upon the Government's investment priorities as determined through the State Budget process.
(2) The allocation of funding for the commencement of works in the 2009-2010 financial year is dependant upon the findings of the Capital Works Audit and Government's investment priorities as determined through the State Budget process.
