I refer to the period since the Reform and Development at Resources Safety (RADARS) strategy was established by the Department of Mines and Petroleum in 2010, and I ask: (a) what has been the total number of reported incidents where an injured worker was absent from work for two weeks or more; (b) how many of these reported incidents have been assessed by an associated site visit by a safety inspector; (c) how many of these reported incidents resulted in enforcement action; and (d) how many of these reported incidents have an associated investigation file?
