I refer to the on time performance of regional air services in Western Australia and answers provided in Budget Estimates on 24 May, and I ask : (a) Can all benchmark performance indicators for all regulated regional routes be provided; and (b) Can a table of the routes and current expiration dates of all existing contracts for regulated routes be provided?

(a)-(b)  Airlines operating under a Deed of Agreement with the State Government are required to meet or exceed the following benchmarks for controllable On Time Performance (OTP), which refers to circumstances where flight delays are within the control of the airline and the airline has the capacity to rectify potential delays.
·       80 per cent controllable OTP within 15 minutes of scheduled departure/arrival times;
·       85 per cent controllable OTP within 60 minutes of scheduled departure/arrival times; and
·       90 per cent controllable OTP within 120 minutes of scheduled departure/arrival times.
