(b) No formal qualification is required however the Chairperson has a wide knowledge of child and family welfare issues.

(e) No formal qualification is required however members have a wide knowledge of child and family welfare issues.
(f) The Terms of Reference require the Committee to prepare an annual report for the Director General and the Minister.
