I assume that the Leader of the Opposition is referring to Mr Michael Godfrey Blunsdon.
1.Mr Blunsdon is an indefinite sentenced prisoner with a statutory review date of 26 September 1993. He is required to be reviewed by statute every three years or as otherwise set by the Prisoners Review Board.
2. He is to be reviewed by the Prisoners Review Board on 17 June 2008.
3. The Department of Corrective Services cannot accurately answer how many times Mr Blunsdon has been considered for parole. Accurate information can only be provided by the Prisoners Review Board which comes under the portfolio of the Attorney General.
