I refer to the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, and I ask: (a) what is the current official bed capacity of the hospital; (b) on 12 August 2025, did the hospital operate at or above that capacity, referenced in (a), at any point; (c) if yes to (b), during which hours did this occur; (d) how many patients above capacity were being cared for during that period in (c); (e) were patient transfers from other hospitals declined during that period in (c); and (f) did the hospital place ambulances on by-pass at any time on that date in (b)?
