(a) – (c)
The Infrastructure Development Fund was set up to offset some of the upfront construction costs associated with connecting essential infrastructure services such as water, electricity, and sewerage to unlock more infill development. The initiative has been well received by industry, with 60 applications submitted for the Targeted Apartment Rebate stream as at 1 February 2024. The State Government announced successful funding applications for this stream on 14 June 2023 and 10 October 2023. A further announcement will be made in due course.

The Unlocking Infill Projects stream is an infrastructure investment program designed to address infrastructure constraints at a precinct scale to unlock medium to high density development opportunities. As at 1 February 2024, two applications have been received for the Unlocking Infill Projects stream. An announcement will be made in due course.
(g) – (i)
The Unlocking Regional Worker Accommodation Opportunities stream is designed to offset costs associated with connecting infrastructure to assist in the delivery of regional worker accommodation. The State Government announced successful funding applications for this stream on 18 September 2023. An announcement on further successful applications will be made in the future. A further announcement will be made in due course.
