I refer to the Corruption and Crime Commission hearings concerning the City of Wanneroo. (1) Has the minister’s attention been drawn to suggestions that the Wanneroo city council may sell off its senior citizens centre and public library in Girrawheen? (2) If so, does the minister propose any action to ensure that the interests of senior citizens and members of the community using the library are protected? (3) If no to (2), will the minister assure the house that she will initiate inquiries with a view to ensuring that the interests of the senior citizens and library users are protected?
