The financially troubled E.G. Green and Sons Pty Ltd abattoir recently restarted operations in a reduced capacity, re-employing only half of its former work force. A number of staff are taking annual leave, and some are taking annual leave against future leave entitlements. Will the minister assure the house that any paid leave against future entitlements is not being paid out of assets to the detriment of unsecured creditors? Hon KIM CHANCE
