(a) Figures below include written disconnection warning letters only. Disconnection warning letters are only one form of contact used to issue disconnection warnings to customers. On average a customer receives a minimum of three contact messages per invoice and customers that are subject to disconnection owe an average of three invoices when they are disconnected.
(i) 148,181 (residential customers) (ii) 193,050 (residential customers) (iii) 153,021 (residential customers) (iv) 26,914 (to 12 March 2018) (residential customers)

Note: Disconnection figures prior to 2017 are unable to be split between business and residential customers. Combined figures for all years have been provided for consistency.
(c) No. (i - iii) Not applicable.
