The Department of Justice advises:
a.
The review is still in progress. The Department has undertaken preliminary analysis of stakeholder feedback in response to the
Young Offenders Act 1994
Green Paper.
b.
Finalisation of the review will be dependent on the outcome of current Machinery of Government changes impacting Youth Justice Services. No completion timeframe has been set.
