(a) how long has the Minister, the Minister’s office or Department, known about this issue;
(b) why did the Minister’s office or Department not have the foresight to purchase this domain, which is almost identical to the official Transperth website, at an earlier date so as to avoid this problem;
(c) does the Minister have any plans to purchase this domain; and
(i) if yes, has any work progressed on this purchase and how much is being spent on the domain; and
(ii) if not, why not;
(d) does the Minister admit that there is a significant chance that young children may accidentally come across this site when searching for the official website of Transperth and may be exposed to material of an adult and sexual nature; and
(i) if yes, why has nothing been done about this situation at this time; and
(e) if the Minister was not aware of this matter, why is it that the Minister’s Office or Department has not performed as basic an administrative task as checking URLs which can be accidentally accessed when looking for the official Transperth website?
