I refer to the sandstone quarry situated on Irishtown Road near Donnybrook, and the answers given to my question on notice No. 2449 of 29 June 2010 on behalf of the Minister Assisting the Treasurer, and I ask —
(1) Does the deed referred to in paragraph (2)(a) of the answers to question on notice No. 2449 still exist?
(2) If yes to (1), has it been varied, and if so, how?
(3) If the deed no longer exists, or has been varied, will the Minister please provide full details of the reasons for the change?
(4) How much of the 12 stones set aside for Government use has been used to date, and what was it used for (please identify any commercial purposes)?
(5) If the stone has been used partly or wholly for commercial purposes, what royalties have been paid for use of the stone?
(6) Has the State had to pay for storage of the stone since question on notice No. 2449 was answered, and if so, how much?
