568. Hon MARTIN PRITCHARD to the
parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to the successful Hospital
in the Home program.
(1) Can the
Minister for Health confirm whether he has plans to privatise the Hospital in
the Home program?
(2) If yes to (1)
—
(a) how many
public sector jobs will be lost as a result of this decision; and
(b) will the
public sector employees affected by this decision be guaranteed jobs with the
new provider; and, if not, why not?
