From 1 July 2014 to 31 January 2015 there were 57 occasions when Armadale Hospital had to lock the doors of open wards because of the overflow of involuntary mental health patients from secure wards, and I ask: (a) are any statistics held on whether these closures were due to patients being affected by methamphetamine; (b) are statistics held on what the number of emergency department presentations were due to patients affected by methamphetamine; and (c) if yes to (b), will the Minister please provide numbers for the past three years?
