I refer to community health centres in the South West region, and ask –
(1) As at 1 July 2011 and 2012, what was the total number of full time equivalents (FTEs) allocated to each centre?
(2) For each centre identified in (1) and for each of the dates specified in (1), how many FTE medical specialists or allied health professionals were employed at the centre?
(3) For each centre identified in (1) and for each of the dates specified in (1), what was the average waiting time for an appointment with —
(a) a child health nurse;
(b) each medical specialist; and
(c) each allied health professional?
(4) For each centre identified in (1) and for each of 2011 and 2012, how many clients were serviced by the centre?
