I refer to the year 7 school vaccination program at Kalbarri District High School, and in particular vaccinations given on Thursday, 16 September. (1) When were parents informed of vaccinations given on Thursday, 16 September? (2) Can the minister confirm that notification of vaccinations was not provided by correspondence, but rather through the general school newsletter? (3) When was the newsletter distributed and was it handed to students or sent to their homes as a mail-out or otherwise?
