I refer to the answer to Question on Notice 7109, and I note that $41 million of net assets was generated from the redevelopment of the Subi Centro project, and I ask:
(a) were these assets the outcome of the sale of Government owned land in the project, and if not, what are they from;
(b) what was the net return to Government on sales of Government owned land within the Subi Centro project; and
(c) will the Minister provide a breakdown of where the land was that was sold, for how much and what was the net profit?

(a) Yes.
(b) The most recent published financial statements for the now abolished Subiaco Redevelopment Authority are for the period of 30 June 2011. They reflect net assets of $41million, generated from the redevelopment of the Subi Centro project to date.
(c) The land sold was confined to the Subi Centro project area. Landgate register all land transactions, which are publicly available.
