with adverse findings against them required to pay $500 to have their case
heard at the State Administrative Tribunal: (a) If
yes, who set the fee policy and: (i) Why
was the figure of $500 chosen; (ii) Is
the fee used to cover the activities of the State Administrative Tribunal and does it cover all
the costs to hear the
individual cases; and (iii) Will the fee continue to be imposed when new or amended Local Government legislation is introduced?
