(1) On what date was the Regional Grants Scheme established?
(2) Has the Department of Regional Development and Lands entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with each of the Regional Development Commissions (RDC), specifying the arrangement between the Department and each RDC for acquittal and reporting of Royalties for Regions expenditure?
(3) If yes to (2), will the Minister table all of the Memorandums of Understanding?
(4) If no to (3), why not?

(1) The Regional Grants Scheme was established on 29 January 2009.
(2) Yes, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was established with each individual Regional Development Commission (RDC). The MOU specifies the arrangements between the Department of Regional Development and Lands (RDL ) and each RDC for acquittal and reporting of Royalties for Regions Expenditure.
(3) Yes [see tabled paper no].
