(3) If yes, will the minister table a copy of the conditions? (4) Will the minister also table the documentation on the new mining configuration to demonstrate that more tuart trees will be protected? (5) If not, why not? Hon TOM STEPHENS

(1) No. (2) The ministerial conditions are currently being prepared. It is anticipated that they will be finalised in the near future. (3) Not applicable. (4)-(5) A revised mining configuration that achieves the requirements set out in the Minister for the Environment’s decision on appeals will be required to be prepared as part of a tuart preservation plan under the ministerial conditions that are currently being finalised. The minister will be happy to table this documentation once it is available.
