PERTH WATER SECURITY
I have a supplementary question. From what the minister has just told the house, he is clearly hoping that it will rain this winter or that we will get through summer by relying on the supply of water from Binningup. Does the minister have any other plans? Mr W.R. MARMION

An extra 50 gigalitres from Binningup, which we did not have last year, will be a pretty good increase to what we have available this year. Mr F.M. Logan interjected. The SPEAKER : I formally call the member for Cockburn to order for the first time today.
