(1) How many liquor infringements and summons have been issued by police against licensed premises, hotels, taverns, nightclubs and liquor stores in Fremantle in the past three years for the following offences -
(a) juveniles entering and remaining on licensed premises;

(c) adults and juveniles being intoxicated on licensed premises;
(d) juveniles producing false ID’s; and
(e) sale of liquor to juveniles and intoxicated persons?
(2) How many staff, including managers, bar staff, and companies have been charged either by way of summons or liquor infringements for the following offences in the past three years by police -
