(a) I am advised that Ms Schlanders and Ms Saggers (Nexus Strategic Solutions Pty Ltd) are not friends of Mr Harken nor are there any business connections between Nexus Strategic Solutions and Mr Harken or, to his knowledge, any member of his family.
