Does Parliament House have a dungeon?
The PRESIDENT : Member, I do
not know whether the Leader of the House, in her capacity, is able to answer
that.
Several members interjected.
The PRESIDENT : That is
absolutely correct; it is not part of her ministerial responsibility.
