I refer to the Government’s intention to introduce a new Western Australian public health bill to replace the
Health Act 1911
, and ask -
(1) Will the implementation of the ban of the use of raw poultry manure remain the responsibility of the Department of Health under the new Act?
(2) Will the Act contain other provisions that address the issue of fly breeding?
(3) If no to (2), why not?
(4) If yes to (2), would the Minister please provide detail on these provisions?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
