I refer to the proposed Work Health and Safety (Resources) Bill and the Government's response to the Education and Health Standing Report, 'The Impact of FIFO Work Practices on Mental Health: Final Report', and ask: (a) when does the Minister intend to introduce this bill to Parliament; (b) is the Minister Committed to passing this bill during the current Parliament; (c) what consultation is planned to be undertaken in preparation for this bill; and (d) can the Minister guarantee that all supported recommendations from the Report that relate to the bill will be included in the final bill?
