(2) How many of these positions are currently vacant, and have those positions been advertised? (3) How many appeals is the Office of the Appeals Convenor currently dealing with in relation to — (a) environmental impact assessments; (b) licensing and works approvals; (c) clearing of native vegetation; (d) compliance notices; and (e) vehicle emission notices? The levels are one level 9; one level 8; 3.2 specified calling level 3; and one level 4. In addition, a new level 7 officer has recently commenced to assist the appeals office.
