(a) The Heritage Bill 2015 Exposure Draft was tabled in this place on 12 August 2015, which marked the commencement of a further round public consultation to ensure the views of all stakeholders are taken into account in preparing the legislation.
The Heritage Bill is being finalised taking into account the matters raised during the public consultation process, and will be introduced into Parliament when all matters are appropriately addressed.
