(3) No final recommendation will be made prior to public consultation and engineering examination. (4) Following the 2002 study, the estimated costs were determined to range between $55 million and $120 million at 2002 cost estimates depending on the sites and the size of the project. (5) Some preliminary funding allocations are proposed in the forward estimate. (6) Not applicable.
