(a) Invitations to tender on the public art component for the Perth Police Complex will be called during 2010 as the project is not scheduled for completion until late 2012.  The allocation for public art for the Perth Police Complex is $500,000.
(b) The budget for the new Perth Police Complex is $113.27 million.
(c) The only police building project either at tender or under construction is the upgrade of the existing Derby Police Station.  There is no allocation for public art in that project.
