Education:
I refer to the Department of
Education's annual report for 2014–15.
(1) Please list
the amount spent on covered assembly areas.
(2) Please list
the amount spent on library resource centres.
(3) How much was
allocated for each school under each category above, and please list the
schools.

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) The amount
spent on covered assembly areas was $94 000.
(2) The amount
spent on library resource centres was $1 078 000.
(3) The covered
assembly area at Fremantle Primary School was allocated $1.25 million in 2014–15.
The library resource centre at Nollamara Primary School was allocated $1.3 million
in 2013–14. The figures in the 2014–15 annual report relate to
a rolling program. The allocated funding for the above programs was not fully
expended in the 2014–15 financial year.
