FORRESTFIELD TRAIN STATION — HIGH WYCOMBE — TAKING ORDERS
1358. Hon SAMANTHA ROWE to the
parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the Forrestfield train station precinct in High
Wycombe.
(1) In respect to taking orders in High Wycombe —
(a) how many taking orders have
currently been issued; and
(b) how many additional taking
orders are required to be issued in the future?
(2) What are the locations and lot sizes of the land over
which taking orders have been issued?
(3) What is
the total amount of land the government has determined is required for the
train station and car park, and how many car bays does this represent?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of this
question.
(1) (a) There
are two taking orders, consisting of one property as one taking order, and 10 properties
as the other taking order.
(b) Two.
(2) I refer the member to the attached table, which I table.
(3) The total amount of land required is 10 hectares, which
includes land for 2 500 car bays.
The PRESIDENT : The attached document is tabled, along
with the answer.
