I refer to question on notice No. 3845 to the Attorney General answered on 29 Jun 2011, and the expenditure incurred by the Office of Native Title and the Department of Environment and Conservation for the Management Plan, and ask -
(1) Can the Minister identify why the plan was prepared twice?
(2) Will the Minister table an itemised list of expenditure of funds for the following -
(a) plan preparation (consultant) $194 000;
(b) consultant fees - obtaining cultural information for the draft management plan $24 000;
(c) grant funding for Aboriginal Contracting Parties $71 000;
(d) operational costs $83 000; and
(e) plan preparation $240 150?
(3) If no to (1) and/or (2), why not?

(2)(c) Grant funding was provided on two separate occasions to three separate Aboriginal contracting parties for representation on the Management Plan Advisory Committee and to offset costs associated with the preparation of the management plan.
