The detailed information sought by the member is not readily available. Provision of the information would require considerable research which would divert staff away from their normal duties. It will require obtaining information from offsite archives and taking a level 6 policy officer off line for at least four weeks, which would delay the recruitment process. I am therefore not willing to allocate valuable resources which could be better used elsewhere. However, if the Member has a specific query I will endeavour to provide a response.
