I refer to the proposed Osmington coalmine in Margaret River, and ask -
(1) Has the South West Development Commission (SWDC) made a submission or provided comment to the EPA to assist it with determining whether to assess the proposal and the level of assessment?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), will the Minister table the SWDC’s submission/comment?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
