At the date of this question, what was the total number of people employed by the Rottnest Island Authority: (a) what number of each public sector classification level and each Senior Executive Service band were employed by the Authority and what number of these people were employed on Rottnest Island and what number were employed on the mainland; and (b) how much money in total was spent by the Authority on consultancy during the last 12 months before the date of the question and what was the breakdown of expenditure on consultancy (i.e. how much was spent on each contract and what was the topic/task of each consultancy contract)?
