GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT, REVIEW
I point out that in the first question there is reference to “the minister”. I am sure the minister will have understood that it means the Attorney General. (1) Has the minister appointed a panel to review the Guardianship and Administration Act? (2) If yes, who are the members of the panel? (3) Does the panel contain client representatives of people with disabilities? (4) Has the panel been asked to consider transferring any of the work of the Guardianship and Administration Board to the Magistrates Court? Hon N.D. GRIFFITHS
