I refer to the Minister's answer during Legislative Council Budget Estimates, in which it was explained that as of 14 July 2025, there were 804 traffic infringements more than 28 days old, and note the backlog of 73,000 Western Australian (WA) traffic infringements reported in the media on 22 January 2025, and I ask: (a) how many traffic infringements were issued in total in WA in: (i) January 2025; (ii) February 2025; (iii) March 2025; (iv) April 2025; (v) May 2025; (vi) June 2025; and (vii) July 2025; and (b) for each month in (a), as at the first day of the month, how many infringements were more than 28 days old?
