(a) Nil. Fly-In-Fly-Out specialists are not 'employed' by the Albany Health Campus. A total of 25 individual specialists who are not resident in the Great Southern were contracted under the Medical Services Agreement (MSA) to fill vacancies on a rotational basis in the 2012-13 financial year. Preference was given to local resident and qualified doctors to fill these shifts.
(b) The total cost for airfares for these 25 specialists was $110,180.31.
(c) The total cost for accommodation for these 25 specialists was $20,800.
(d) The total cost of car hire for these 25 specialists was $40,882.16.
(e) Specialists are contracted under a 'Contract in Confidence' MSA; and therefore the information cannot be released to a third party.
(f) The total hours these 25 specialists were contracted was for 15,000 hours.
