(1) In relation to changes to the Zone Maintenance Model, could the Minister advise whether the tender process includes a mandatory:
(a) ‘buy local’ requirement;
(b) ‘employ local’ requirement;
(c) indigenous employment and participation requirement; and
(i) if so, what is that requirement?
(2) In relation to a tender for works by the Department of Housing – Public Rental Housing – Provision of Housing Maintenance Services – Kimberley Region (HOU0432710), which closed 8 April 2010:
(a) could the Minister confirm that a prerequisite of this tender was that respondents:
(i) seek and receive the tender specification documents; and
(ii) attend a mandatory site visit; and
(b) could the Minister also confirm that each of the businesses listed as tender respondents met each of these requirements?

This will be managed through a Service Level Agreement.
