The Western Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme My Way Trial December 2014 quarterly report at page 30 states that "the total approved plans for individuals with a neurological disability (primary disability) is 48", yet the total number of funded plans for individuals with a neurological disability is 406, how can the total number of funded plans be so significantly greater than the number of total approved plans?

This is an editing issue which has now been rectified. The total number of funded plans for individuals with a neurological disability is 40, not 406.
