I thank Hon Paul Llewellyn for providing some notice of the question. Unfortunately, the Premier was involved in a debate at the time that the question reached him, and he has not had the opportunity to deal with the question in the way that he would want to. I am assured that if the honourable member would be good enough to ask the question again tomorrow, we will have an answer.
